Your subscription gives access to all included webinars for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Yes. You can upgrade anytime by paying only the difference between your current plan and the new plan.
We offer refunds within the first 7 days if you haven't accessed or downloaded any content. After that period, subscriptions become non-refundable due to digital access.
No. For security and certification purposes, accounts are single-user only. Multiple logins may result in account suspension.
